It's a beautiful day in Los Angeles! Sunshine, crisp air, beautiful green trees, blooming flowers mmmmmm. It was the perfect day to sun on the roof with my wonderful roomie and a stop by Starbucks for a chai tea latte (my fav) with some good friends and a trip to Susie Cakes (oops) for their amazing six layer celebration cake for the celebration of uhh..uh..US works :) .My best friend and I were discussing how our moods are so easily shaped by the weather that surrounds us. Thank god for beautiful southern Cali.

This is from the latest April issue of Free People (my favorite). All of their clothes inspire me, and make me broke. I love the colors black and nude together.

Although i love to dress with some color, especially with the summer season coming, i always find myself buying black #gothgirlprobs. I guess that's why half my closet is full of black. But then again, black never gets old and will ALWAYS be in style. Easy to accessorize with any pop of color as well as pairing with another neutral.

Coachella is sneaking up on everyone (as in this weekend..), I am sad to say I will not be attending due to the quick sell out of tickets (WAH WAH WAAAH) and not enough time to get off of priorities. The thought of The Black Keys, Cold War Kids, Arcade Fire, Wiz Khalifa,Broken Social Scene, Bright Eyes, The Kills, Mumford and Sons, Jenny and Johnny, The Strokes, Kanye and mooooooooore being there in one place makes me cringe a little inside that I wont be there wearing a flowy, floral crocheted white dress with indian style accessories and a cold beer in hand!
